You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Each newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe. 

We use a service provider called "Inxmail" to help us send our newsletter. Inxmail is a platform for email marketing and automation provided by Inxmail GmbH, a service provider located in Germany. We use Inxmail to send the newsletters and email campaigns to subscribers. When you subscribe to our newsletter, your data (such as your name and email address) is stored on Inxmail's servers. Inxmail uses this data to send emails and analyze user behavior, such as whether you open and click on emails. This helps us improve our emails.

Employment Applications

If you apply for employment with us, we collect and process your personal data for the purpose of handling the application process. 

For electronic applications, we use a software portal to handle the application process. The applicant portal is operated by Personio GmbH, which is located in Germany. 

By submitting an application, you are expressing your interest in working for us. In this context, you provide us with personal data, which we use and store for the purpose of your job search/application and if applicable, establishing, managing and potentially terminating the employment relationship, and implementing pre-contractual measures. We collect: first and last name, email address, telephone number, LinkedIn profile (if provided in the application), and any other information you choose to provide in your application. 

You have the option of uploading or sending documents such as a cover letter, resume, and references. These may contain additional personal data such as your date of birth, address, and any other information you choose to include, such as your skills, work and educational history, and in some cases health information you choose to provide (for example, if you request accommodations) etc.

Only authorized employees from the human resources department or persons involved in the application process have access to this personal data.

Personal data is stored to fill the vacant position for which you have applied. In some cases, we may keep applications for a longer time, and contact applicants if we think they may be interested in another available position with us. You can ask that we do not contact you about other positions, and we will respect your request.

Our Website is intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old and for commercial use only. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under the age of eighteen (18). By using the Website, you certify that you are over the age of eighteen (18). We reserve the right to delete any information we believe to be in violation of this Privacy Policy.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on our website. reCAPTCHA is provided byGoogle Inc., ("Google") which is based in the United States.

reCAPTCHA is used to verify if the data entered on our website is entered by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This begins automatically and in the background as soon as you enter the website. reCAPTCHA evaluates various information to do this (e.g., IP address, the length of time you stay on the website, and mouse movements). The data collected is sent to Google.

Google Maps

We use the "Google Maps" service to display geographic information, such as displaying an interactive map and to help you with route planning and navigation. Google Maps is provided by Google, which is based in the United States. By using Google Maps, data about your use of it may be collected, processed, and used by Google. This data includes IP addresses and location data. Location Data will not be collected without your consent (e.g., through appropriate settings on your mobile device), and is only used for the purposes identified to you when you provide that consent. YouTube

We use plugins from the Google-operated platform "YouTube." The operator of these plugins is YouTube LLC which is located in the United States. When you visit one of our pages with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal YouTube profile. If you do not agree to this, you can log out of your YouTube account.

We use YouTube to embed videos on our website and to provide you with multimedia content. YouTube sets cookies that analyze user behavior and can be used for various purposes, such as improving video usage or for advertising.

Matterport

We use the Matterport Inc. service, which is located in the United States, to display virtual 3D tours. Using Matterport, we can provide you with interactive room views and property presentations on our website.

When you visit a page with an integrated Matterport tour, a connection to Matterport's servers is established. In the process, data such as your IP address, and technical information about your device, and, if applicable, other usage data may be processed and transferred to Matterport. Matterport uses this data to provide the requested content and to analyze user behavior (e.g., use and interactions within the 3D tour).

Scanblue  

We use the Scanblue AG services, based in Germany, to provide virtual 3D and AR/VR representations of products. Scanblue is a provider of virtual reality, augmented reality, and 3D scanning technology, supporting interactive product experiences on websites. 

When you visit a page with an embedded 3D model or AR/VR content, a connection to the Scanblue servers is established. Personal data such as your IP address, and technical device information, and other usage data may be transmitted to ScanBlue and processed to provide the content and evaluate user behavior within the 3D format.

Dynamsoft

We use Dynamsoft software, which is provided by Dynamsoft Corporation in Canada. This software scans documents related to our products and processes them further in the Torque Advisor tool. It is used for the efficient digitization of documents and to improve internal work processes. During the use of this tool, the scanned document content and technical metadata (e.g., file format, transfer protocols) are processed.

Processing is carried out for the purposes described; and to the best of our knowledge, Dynamsoft does not use or pass on the data for its own purposes.

Integration of additional third party services and content 

Third-party content, such as videos, fonts, or graphics from other websites, may be integrated into our website to improve it and provide functionality. In order for this content to be displayed, it is necessary for the providers of this content ("third-party providers") to collect the IP address of the users. We endeavor to only integrate content whose providers use the IP address only for the purpose of providing this content. However, we have no influence on whether third-party providers store the IP address for other purposes, such as statistical purposes, for example.

Data Transfers in the Context of Corporate Transactions

Employment Applications

If you apply for employment with us, we collect and process your personal data for the purpose of that process. 

For electronic applications, we use a software portal to handle the application process. The applicant portal is operated by Personio GmbH, which is located in Germany. 

By applying, you are expressing your interest in working for us. We process personal data that you provide ro process the application and if applicable, to establish, manage and potentially terminate the employment relationship, and to implement pre-contractual measures. We may collect: first and last name, email address, telephone number, LinkedIn profile, and any other information you choose to provide as part of your application. 

You have the option of submitting documents such as a cover letter, resume, and references. These may contain additional personal data such as your date of birth, address, and any other information you choose to include, such as your skills, work and educational history, and in some cases health information you choose to provide (for example, if you request accommodations) etc.

Only authorized employees from the human resources department or persons involved in the application process have access to this personal data.

Personal data is stored to fill the position for which you have applied. In some cases, we may keep applications for a longer time and contact applicants for other available positions with us. You can ask that we do not contact you about other positions, and we will respect your request.

Our Website is intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old and for commercial use only. We use plugins from the Google-operated platform "YouTube." The operator of these plugins is YouTube LLC which is located in the United States. When you visit one of our pages with a YouTube plugin, which appears with a YouTube icon, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our webpages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal YouTube profile. If you do not agree to this, you can log out of your YouTube account.

We use the Matterport Inc., which is located in the United States, to display virtual 3D interactive tours and room views on our Website.

Scanblue  

We use Scanblue AG, based in Germany, to provide virtual 3D and AR/VR representations of products. Scanblue is a provider of virtual reality, augmented reality, and 3D scanning technology, supporting interactive product experiences on websites. 

When you visit a page with an embedded 3D model or AR/VR content, a connection to the Scanblue servers is established. Personal data such as your IP address, and technical device information, and other usage data may be transmitted to ScanBlue and processed to provide the content and evaluate user behavior within the 3D format.

Dynamsoft

We use Dynamsoft software, which is provided by Dynamsoft Corporation in Canada. This software scans documents related to our products and processes them further in the Torque Advisor tool. It is used for the efficient digitization of documents and to improve internal work processes. During the use of this tool, the scanned document content and technical metadata (e.g., file format, transfer protocols) are processed.

Integration of additional third party services and content 

Third-party content, such as videos, fonts, or graphics from other unrelated websites, may be integrated into our Website to improve it and provide functionality. For this content to be displayed, the providers of this content ("third-party providers")  collect the IP address of the users. We endeavor to only integrate content whose providers use the IP address only for the purpose of providing this content. Recopilamos, utilizamos y divulgamos («tratamos») los datos personales de nuestros usuarios para proporcionar un sitio web funcional y su contenido y servicios. Formulario de contacto y contacto por correo electrónico

Nuestro formulario de contacto se puede utilizar para ponerse en contacto con nosotros por vía electrónica. Puede utilizarlo para hacernos preguntas o para realizar una solicitud o queja. Si usted es uno de nuestros clientes actuales (según lo permita la legislación aplicable) o si nos ha dado su consentimiento para recibir nuestro boletín informativo, es posible que le enviemos nuestro boletín informativo sobre nuestros productos y ofertas. 

Su dirección de correo electrónico se utiliza para enviarle el boletín informativo. La recopilación de otros datos personales durante el proceso de registro ayuda a evitar el uso indebido de los servicios o de la dirección de correo electrónico. 

Puede cancelar su suscripción al boletín informativo en cualquier momento. Cada boletín informativo contiene un enlace para darse de baja. 

Utilizamos un proveedor de servicios llamado «Inxmail» para ayudarnos a enviar nuestro boletín informativo. Inxmail es una plataforma de marketing y automatización por correo electrónico proporcionada por Inxmail GmbH, un proveedor de servicios con sede en Alemania. Utilizamos Inxmail para enviar los boletines informativos y las campañas de correo electrónico a los suscriptores. Cuando se suscribe a nuestro boletín informativo, sus datos (como su nombre y dirección de correo electrónico) se almacenan en los servidores de Inxmail. Inxmail utiliza estos datos para enviar correos electrónicos y analizar el comportamiento de los usuarios, por ejemplo, si abren y hacen clic en los correos electrónicos. Solicitudes de empleo

Si solicita un puesto de trabajo en nuestra empresa, recopilamos y tratamos sus datos personales con el fin de gestionar el proceso de solicitud. 

Para las solicitudes electrónicas, utilizamos un portal de software para gestionar el proceso de solicitud. El portal de solicitantes es operado por Personio GmbH, con sede en Alemania. 

Al enviar una solicitud, usted expresa su interés en trabajar con nosotros. En este contexto, nos proporciona datos personales, que utilizamos y almacenamos con el fin de gestionar su búsqueda de empleo/solicitud y, si procede, establecer, gestionar y, eventualmente, rescindir la relación laboral, así como aplicar medidas precontractuales. Recopilamos: nombre y apellidos, dirección de correo electrónico, número de teléfono, perfil de LinkedIn (si se proporciona en la solicitud) y cualquier otra información que decida proporcionar en su solicitud. 

Tiene la opción de cargar o enviar documentos como una carta de presentación, un currículum vitae y referencias. Estos pueden contener datos personales adicionales, como su fecha de nacimiento, dirección y cualquier otra información que decida incluir, como sus habilidades, historial laboral y educativo y, en algunos casos, información sobre su salud que decida proporcionar (por ejemplo, si solicita adaptaciones), etc. La información proporcionada puede incluir datos sensibles. Al enviarla, otorga su consentimiento para que dichos datos sensibles sean tratados conforme a esta Política. 

Solo los empleados autorizados del departamento de recursos humanos o las personas involucradas en el proceso de solicitud tienen acceso a estos datos personales.

Los datos personales se almacenan para cubrir el puesto vacante al que ha solicitado. En algunos casos, podemos conservar las solicitudes durante más tiempo y ponernos en contacto con los solicitantes si creemos que pueden estar interesados en otro puesto disponible en nuestra empresa. Puede pedir que no nos pongamos en contacto con usted para ofrecerle otros puestos, y respetaremos su solicitud. 

Nuestro sitio web está destinado a personas mayores de dieciocho (18) años y solo para uso comercial. No recopilamos deliberadamente datos personales de menores de dieciocho (18) años. Utilizamos el servicio «Google Maps» para mostrar información geográfica, como mapas interactivos, y para ayudarle a planificar rutas y navegar. YouTube

Utilizamos plugins de la plataforma «YouTube», operada por Google. El operador de estos plugins es YouTube LLC, con sede en Estados Unidos. Cuando visita una de nuestras páginas con un plugin de YouTube, se establece una conexión con los servidores de YouTube. Esto le indica al servidor de YouTube cuáles de nuestras páginas ha visitado. Si ha iniciado sesión en su cuenta de YouTube, YouTube puede asignar su comportamiento de navegación directamente a su perfil personal de YouTube. Si no está de acuerdo con esto, puede cerrar la sesión de su cuenta de YouTube.

Utilizamos YouTube para incrustar vídeos en nuestro sitio web y proporcionarle contenido multimedia. YouTube establece cookies que analizan el comportamiento de los usuarios y pueden utilizarse para diversos fines, como mejorar el uso de los vídeos o para publicidad.

Utilizamos el servicio de Matterport Inc., con sede en Estados Unidos, para mostrar visitas virtuales en 3D. Con Matterport, podemos ofrecerle vistas interactivas de las habitaciones y presentaciones de las propiedades en nuestro sitio web.

Cuando visita una página con un recorrido Matterport integrado, se establece una conexión con los servidores de Matterport. En el proceso, se pueden procesar y transferir a Matterport datos como su dirección IP, información técnica sobre su dispositivo y, si procede, otros datos de uso. Matterport utiliza estos datos para proporcionar el contenido solicitado y analizar el comportamiento de los usuarios (por ejemplo, el uso y las interacciones dentro del recorrido en 3D).

Scanblue 

Utilizamos los servicios de Scanblue AG, con sede en Alemania, para proporcionar representaciones virtuales en 3D y AR/VR de los productos. Scanblue es un proveedor de tecnología de realidad virtual, realidad aumentada y escaneo 3D, que permite experiencias interactivas con los productos en los sitios web. 

Cuando visita una página con un modelo 3D o contenido de RA/RV integrado, se establece una conexión con los servidores de Scanblue. Los datos personales, como su dirección IP, la información técnica del dispositivo y otros datos de uso, pueden transmitirse a ScanBlue y procesarse para proporcionar el contenido y evaluar el comportamiento del usuario dentro del formato 3D.

Dynamsoft

Utilizamos el software Dynamsoft, proporcionado por Dynamsoft Corporation en Canadá. Este software escanea documentos relacionados con nuestros productos y los procesa posteriormente en la herramienta Torque Advisor. Se utiliza para la digitalización eficiente de documentos y para mejorar los procesos de trabajo internos. Durante el uso de esta herramienta, se procesan el contenido del documento escaneado y los metadatos técnicos (por ejemplo, el formato de archivo, los protocolos de transferencia).

El procesamiento se lleva a cabo para los fines descritos y, según nuestro leal saber y entender, Dynamsoft no utiliza ni transmite los datos para sus propios fines.

Integración de servicios y contenidos adicionales de terceros 

Es posible que se integren contenidos de terceros, como vídeos, fuentes o gráficos de otros sitios web, en nuestro sitio web con el fin de mejorarlo y proporcionar funcionalidad. Para que estos contenidos se puedan mostrar, es necesario que los proveedores de dichos contenidos («proveedores externos») recopilen la dirección IP de los usuarios. Si se procesan sus datos personales, usted tiene ciertos derechos de privacidad en virtud de la legislación aplicable. Estos derechos pueden variar en función de su lugar de residencia y están sujetos a las limitaciones establecidas en la legislación aplicable. En esta sección se le proporciona información sobre algunos de sus derechos y cómo ejercerlos. 

Para el ejercicio de los derechos ARCO en México, deberá enviarnos una solicitud a nosotros o a nuestro responsable de protección de datos utilizando la información de contacto anterior. Dicha solicitud deberá contener la siguiente información: (i) su nombre y dirección de correo electrónico o cualquier otro medio para comunicarnos la respuesta a su solicitud; (ii) una copia escaneada de su identificación oficial; y (iii) la descripción clara y precisa de los datos personales sobre los que desea ejercer cualquiera de los derechos ARCO. 

La respuesta a su solicitud se le comunicará en un plazo de veinte (20) días hábiles a partir de la fecha en que se recibió la solicitud, el cual podrá prorrogarse por un (1) período igual en los casos establecidos por la legislación mexicana, a fin de llevar a cabo las medidas adoptadas para dar cumplimiento a su solicitud, lo cual se realizará dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a la comunicación de la respuesta. 

Si la información proporcionada en su solicitud es incorrecta o insuficiente, o si no se incluyen los documentos necesarios para acreditar su identidad, nosotros o nuestro responsable de protección de datos le pediremos, en un plazo de cinco (5) días hábiles a partir de la recepción de su solicitud, que subsane las deficiencias para poder tramitarla. En tales casos, dispondrá de diez (10) días hábiles para cumplir con la solicitud de subsanación. La solicitud correspondiente se considerará no presentada si no responde dentro de ese plazo. 

Derecho de acceso

Puede preguntarnos si estamos tratando sus datos personales. Si es así, puede solicitar la siguiente información sobre sus datos personales:

1. los fines para los que se tratan los datos personales;

2. acceso a sus datos personales que están siendo tratados;

3. los destinatarios o categorías de destinatarios a los que se han comunicado o se comunicarán los datos personales;

4. la duración prevista del almacenamiento de los datos personales o, si no es posible proporcionar información específica al respecto, información sobre los criterios para determinar el período de almacenamiento;

5. la posibilidad de corregir sus datos personales, si son incorrectos; y

6. cualquier información disponible sobre el origen de los datos si sus datos personales no han sido recopilados directamente de usted; 

Derecho de rectificación de sus datos personales

Tiene derecho a corregir y/o completar los datos personales que tenemos sobre usted si son inexactos o incompletos. Si procede, los datos personales corregidos se transmitirán a terceros que tengan acceso a dicha información.

Solicitudes de supresión de datos personales

Conforme a las limitaciones previstas en la legislación aplicable, puede solicitar que borremos sus datos personales. Lo haremos si se da alguna de las siguientes condiciones:

1. Los datos personales ya no son necesarios para los fines para los que fueron recogidos o tratados.

2. Usted retira su consentimiento para el tratamiento y no existe otra base legal para el mismo.

3. Los datos personales que le conciernen han sido tratados de forma ilícita.

Sin embargo, es posible que no siempre podamos atender las solicitudes de supresión. Por ejemplo, es posible que no podamos suprimir datos personales en los casos en que estos sean necesarios para el cumplimiento de una obligación legal o para el establecimiento, el ejercicio o la defensa de reclamaciones legales.

Solicitudes de portabilidad de datos 

Puede solicitar recibir los datos personales que nos ha facilitado en un formato estructurado, de uso común y legible por máquina. También tiene derecho a transmitir estos datos a otro responsable del tratamiento sin impedimentos por nuestra parte, cuando así lo establezca la legislación aplicable.

Algunas jurisdicciones pueden tener derechos adicionales de portabilidad de datos, que respetaremos si usted reside en dicha jurisdicción. 

La portabilidad de los datos no se aplica cuando el tratamiento de los datos personales es necesario en virtud de la legislación aplicable.

Derecho a revocar el consentimiento para el tratamiento de datos personales

Tiene derecho a retirar su consentimiento para que procesemos sus datos personales en cualquier momento. 

La retirada del consentimiento no afecta a la legalidad del tratamiento basado en el consentimiento previo a su retirada y no afecta al tratamiento de datos personales si existe la capacidad legal para tratar esos datos personales en virtud de la legislación aplicable. 

Para retirar su consentimiento para el tratamiento de sus datos personales, simplemente envíenos un correo electrónico.

Derecho a presentar una reclamación ante nosotros o ante una autoridad de control

Tiene derecho a presentar una reclamación ante nosotros sobre nuestras prácticas en materia de datos personales. También tiene derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de control de la jurisdicción en la que reside. 

Toma de decisiones automatizada en casos individuales, incluida la elaboración de perfiles

Tiene derecho a no ser objeto de una decisión basada únicamente en el tratamiento automatizado, incluida la elaboración de perfiles, sin la posibilidad de presentar observaciones ante a un miembro de nuestro personal que esté en condiciones de revisar la decisión.

Nos reservamos el derecho a modificar esta Política en cualquier momento con efecto futuro, de modo que siempre cumpla con los requisitos legales vigentes o para implementar cambios en nuestros servicios en la Política de privacidad, por ejemplo, al introducir nuevos servicios.
