Stainless L-keys
Stainless L-keys are hardened to the same strength as conventional (carbon) steel tools, and prevent extraenous rust forming.

L-keys with a thermoplastic sleeve
L-keys with a thermoplastic sleeve are manufactured out of easy-to-grip, circular material. The sleeve ensures that work is safe and comfortable even at low temperatures. High corrosion protection features thanks to the special BlackLaser surface treatment. Colour coding and large stamp to enable the desired L-key to be easily located.
Hex-Plus
Hexagon screws can endure a problem because the contact surfaces delivering the power from the conventional tool, is transferred to the screw via very small surface areas. The consequence: the screw can become damaged (rounding out). Hex-Plus tools have a greater contact surface that prevents this from happening! At the same time, as much as 20 % more torque can be applied. Good to know: Hex-Plus tools fit into every standard hexagon socket screw!
Ball tip
The spherical drive profile means that it is possible to swivel the axis of the tool to that of the screw, and therefore enable angled, “around-the-corner” screwdriving jobs.

Premium stainless steel Wera L-key for hexagonal socket screws. Stainless steel prevents transmission of extraneous rust. The Hex-Plus profile offers larger contact surfaces in the screw head. The notch effect is reduced to a minimum and the destruction of the screw is nearly eliminated. With hexagonal ball tip at the long arm: The ball-shaped tip profiles enable the tool shaft to be moved and pivoted relative to the screw axis which allows screwdriving "around the corner".
