Nous faisons appel à un prestataire de services appelé « Inxmail » pour nous aider à envoyer notre newsletter. Inxmail est une plateforme d'email marketing et d'automatisation fournie par Inxmail GmbH, un prestataire de services situé en Allemagne. Nous utilisons Inxmail pour envoyer les newsletters et les campagnes par e-mail aux abonnés. Lorsque vous vous abonnez à notre newsletter, vos données (telles que votre nom et votre adresse e-mail) sont stockées sur les serveurs d'Inxmail. Candidatures

Si vous postulez à un emploi chez nous, nous collectons et traitons vos données personnelles dans le but de traiter votre candidature. 

Pour les candidatures électroniques, nous utilisons un portail logiciel pour traiter le processus de candidature. Le portail des candidats est géré par Personio GmbH, une société située en Allemagne. 

En soumettant une candidature, vous exprimez votre intérêt à travailler pour nous. Dans ce contexte, vous nous fournissez des données personnelles que nous utilisons et stockons dans le cadre de votre recherche d'emploi/candidature et, le cas échéant, pour établir, gérer et éventuellement mettre fin à la relation de travail, ainsi que pour mettre en œuvre des mesures précontractuelles. Nous collectons: vos nom et prénom, votre adresse e-mail, votre numéro de téléphone, votre profil LinkedIn (si fourni dans la candidature) et toute autre information que vous choisissez de fournir dans votre candidature. 

Vous avez la possibilité de télécharger ou d'envoyer des documents tels qu'une lettre de motivation, un CV et des références. Ceux-ci peuvent contenir des données personnelles supplémentaires telles que votre date de naissance, votre adresse et toute autre information que vous choisissez d'inclure, comme vos compétences, votre parcours professionnel et scolaire, et dans certains cas, des informations sur votre santé que vous choisissez de fournir (par exemple, si vous demandez des aménagements) etc.

Seuls les employés autorisés du service des ressources humaines ou les personnes impliquées dans le processus de candidature ont accès à ces données personnelles.

Les données personnelles sont conservées afin de pourvoir le poste vacant auquel vous avez postulé. Dans certains cas, nous pouvons conserver les candidatures pendant une période plus longue et contacter les candidats si nous pensons qu'ils pourraient être intéressés par un autre poste disponible dans notre entreprise. Vous pouvez nous demander de ne pas vous contacter au sujet d'autres postes, et nous respecterons votre demande.

Notre site web est destiné aux personnes âgées d'au moins dix-huit (18) ans et à un usage commercial uniquement. Nous utilisons Google reCAPTCHA (ci-après « reCAPTCHA ») sur notre site web. reCAPTCHA est fourni par Google Inc. (« Google »), dont le siège social est situé aux États-Unis.

Nous utilisons le service « Google Maps » pour afficher des informations géographiques, telles que des cartes interactives, et pour vous aider à planifier vos itinéraires et à vous orienter. YouTube

Nous utilisons des plugins de la plateforme « YouTube » exploitée par Google. L'exploitant de ces plugins est YouTube LLC, situé aux États-Unis. Lorsque vous visitez l'une de nos pages avec un plugin YouTube, une connexion aux serveurs YouTube est établie. Cela indique au serveur YouTube quelles pages vous avez visitées. Si vous êtes connecté à votre compte YouTube, YouTube peut attribuer votre comportement de navigation directement à votre profil YouTube personnel. Si vous n'êtes pas d'accord avec cela, vous pouvez vous déconnecter de votre compte YouTube.

Nous utilisons le service Matterport Inc., situé aux États-Unis, pour afficher des visites virtuelles en 3D. Grâce à Matterport, nous pouvons vous proposer des vues interactives des pièces et des présentations des propriétés sur notre site web.

Lorsque vous visitez une page intégrant une visite Matterport, une connexion aux serveurs de Matterport est établie. Au cours de ce processus, des données telles que votre adresse IP, des informations techniques sur votre appareil et, le cas échéant, d'autres données d'utilisation peuvent être traitées et transférées à Matterport. Scanblue 

Nous utilisons les services de la société Scanblue AG, basée en Allemagne, pour fournir des représentations virtuelles en 3D et en RA/RV des produits. Scanblue est un fournisseur de technologies de réalité virtuelle, de réalité augmentée et de numérisation 3D, qui prend en charge les expériences interactives liées aux produits sur les sites web. 

Lorsque vous visitez une page contenant un modèle 3D ou un contenu en réalité augmentée/réalité virtuelle, une connexion aux serveurs Scanblue est établie. Dynamsoft

Nous utilisons le logiciel Dynamsoft, fourni par Dynamsoft Corporation au Canada. Ce logiciel numérise les documents liés à nos produits et les traite ensuite dans l'outil Torque Advisor. Il est utilisé pour la numérisation efficace des documents et pour améliorer les processus de travail internes. Lors de l'utilisation de cet outil, le contenu des documents numérisés et les métadonnées techniques (par exemple, le format de fichier, les protocoles de transfert) sont traités.

Le traitement est effectué aux fins décrites ; à notre connaissance, Dynamsoft n'utilise ni ne transmet les données à ses propres fins.

Intégration de services et de contenus tiers supplémentaires 

Des contenus tiers, tels que des vidéos, des polices ou des graphiques provenant d'autres sites web, peuvent être intégrés à notre site web afin de l'améliorer et de lui fournir des fonctionnalités. Pour que ces contenus puissent être affichés, il est nécessaire que les fournisseurs de ces contenus (« fournisseurs tiers ») collectent l'adresse IP des utilisateurs. Nous nous efforçons de n'intégrer que des contenus dont les fournisseurs utilisent l'adresse IP uniquement dans le but de fournir ces contenus. Droit de rectification des données personnelles

Demandes d'effacement des données personnelles

Sous réserve des restrictions prévues par la loi applicable, vous pouvez nous demander d'effacer vos données personnelles. Nous le ferons si l'une des conditions suivantes est remplie :

1. Les données personnelles ne sont plus nécessaires aux fins pour lesquelles elles ont été collectées ou traitées.

2. Vous retirez votre consentement au traitement et il n'existe aucune autre base juridique pour le traitement.

Toutefois, il n'est pas toujours possible d'honorer les demandes d'effacement. Par exemple, nous pouvons ne pas être en mesure d'effacer des données personnelles dans les cas où celles-ci sont nécessaires au respect d'une obligation légale ou à la constatation, à l'exercice ou à la défense d'un droit en justice.

Demandes deportabilité des données

Vous pouvez demander à recevoir les données à caractère personnel vous concernant que vous nous avez fournies dans un format structuré, couramment utilisé et lisible par machine. Employment Applications

If you apply for employment with us, we collect and process your personal data for the purpose of that process. 

For electronic applications, we use a software portal to handle the application process. The applicant portal is operated by Personio GmbH, which is located in Germany. 

By applying, you are expressing your interest in working for us. We process personal data that you provide ro process the application and if applicable, to establish, manage and potentially terminate the employment relationship, and to implement pre-contractual measures. We may collect: first and last name, email address, telephone number, LinkedIn profile, and any other information you choose to provide as part of your application. 

You have the option of submitting documents such as a cover letter, resume, and references. These may contain additional personal data such as your date of birth, address, and any other information you choose to include, such as your skills, work and educational history, and in some cases health information you choose to provide (for example, if you request accommodations) etc.

Only authorized employees from the human resources department or persons involved in the application process have access to this personal data.

Personal data is stored to fill the position for which you have applied. In some cases, we may keep applications for a longer time and contact applicants for other available positions with us. You can ask that we do not contact you about other positions, and we will respect your request.

YouTube

We use plugins from the Google-operated platform "YouTube." The operator of these plugins is YouTube LLC which is located in the United States. When you visit one of our pages with a YouTube plugin, which appears with a YouTube icon, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our webpages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal YouTube profile. We use the Matterport Inc., which is located in the United States, to display virtual 3D interactive tours and room views on our Website.

Scanblue  

We use Scanblue AG, based in Germany, to provide virtual 3D and AR/VR representations of products. Scanblue is a provider of virtual reality, augmented reality, and 3D scanning technology, supporting interactive product experiences on websites. 

When you visit a page with an embedded 3D model or AR/VR content, a connection to the Scanblue servers is established. Personal data such as your IP address, and technical device information, and other usage data may be transmitted to ScanBlue and processed to provide the content and evaluate user behavior within the 3D format.

Dynamsoft

We use Dynamsoft software, which is provided by Dynamsoft Corporation in Canada. This software scans documents related to our products and processes them further in the Torque Advisor tool. It is used for the efficient digitization of documents and to improve internal work processes. During the use of this tool, the scanned document content and technical metadata (e.g., file format, transfer protocols) are processed.

Integration of additional third party services and content 

Third-party content, such as videos, fonts, or graphics from other unrelated websites, may be integrated into our Website to improve it and provide functionality. For this content to be displayed, the providers of this content ("third-party providers")  collect the IP address of the users. We endeavor to only integrate content whose providers use the IP address only for the purpose of providing this content. However, we have no control on whether third-party providers store the IP address for other purposes, such as statistical purposes, for example.

If you apply for employment with us, we collect and process your personal data for the purpose of handling the application process. 

For electronic applications, we use a software portal to handle the application process. The applicant portal is operated by Personio GmbH, which is located in Germany.

These may contain additional personal data such as your date of birth, address, and any other information you choose to include, such as your skills, work and educational history, and in some cases health information you choose to provide (for example, if you request accommodations) etc. The information provided may include sensitive data. In this case, you hereby give your consent for your sensitive personal data to be processed in accordance with the provisions of this Policy. 

Only authorized employees from the human resources department or persons involved in the application process have access to this personal data.

Personal data is stored to fill the vacant position for which you have applied. In some cases, we may keep applications for a longer time, and contact applicants if we think they may be interested in another available position with us. We use plugins from the Google-operated platform "YouTube." The operator of these plugins is YouTube LLC which is located in the United States. Scanblue  

We use the Scanblue AG services, based in Germany, to provide virtual 3D and AR/VR representations of products. Scanblue is a provider of virtual reality, augmented reality, and 3D scanning technology, supporting interactive product experiences on websites. 

When you visit a page with an embedded 3D model or AR/VR content, a connection to the Scanblue servers is established. Dynamsoft

We use Dynamsoft software, which is provided by Dynamsoft Corporation in Canada. This software scans documents related to our products and processes them further in the Torque Advisor tool. It is used for the efficient digitization of documents and to improve internal work processes. During the use of this tool, the scanned document content and technical metadata (e.g., file format, transfer protocols) are processed.

Processing is carried out for the purposes described; and to the best of our knowledge, Dynamsoft does not use or pass on the data for its own purposes.

Integration of additional third party services and content 

Third-party content, such as videos, fonts, or graphics from other websites, may be integrated into our website to improve it and provide functionality.
