When the pulse rises in the workshop, you need equipment that can keep up.
The new Tool Rebel stainless steel roller cabinets are built precisely for that purpose: uncompromisingly robust, reliable, and ready for whatever tough job comes their way.
With a stainless steel storage and work surface, they not only provide a clean stage for precise work, but, thanks to their fully sealed design, also protect the cabinet interior – even in the event of liquid spills. Five shallow and two deep drawers ensure maximum organisation and mobile efficiency.
The body? A fortress! Double-walled, fully welded, and fitted with high-quality plastic end caps that absorb impacts like a guitarist powering through the next chord.
The drawers glide smoothly on ball-bearing telescopic slides with 100% extension and a self-closing mechanism – soft, precise, and absolutely reliable. Each drawer is meticulously finished with the Tool Rebel design and secured by a clever interlock system: only one drawer can be opened at a time – minimising the risk of tipping and ensuring maximum safety.
The roller cabinets are available in two sizes, each in two versions:
- XXL (9701 & 9702): 1133 × 1020 × 518 mm
- Standard (9705 & 9706): 785 × 1020 × 518 mm
The foam inserts also make a statement: high-quality, durable, free of chemical emissions, and with perfectly milled cut-outs so every tool has its secure place and is instantly accessible.
The four new superheroes come equipped with six to eight foam inserts, while still leaving room for additional, individually selected inserts.
The proven 9700 roller cabinet, also in the Tool Rebel design but without the stainless steel work surface, remains part of the range. Its storage and work surface is made of solvent-resistant plastic and is likewise fully sealed.

With the 27 foam inserts already available, the range will expand to an impressive 33 variants by spring 2026.
Furthermore, the foam inserts are customizable and available from a single unit. Perfectly fitting inserts for tools, equipment, or other items can be configured using the online configurator at www.wera.de. The process is intuitive and based on over 30,000 tools in the foam partner's database.
